The kids had lots of fun putting the tree together. We had debated about even getting a tree this year, but I just couldn't stand the thought of not having any Christmas up at all. We will be spending Christmas at my parents and it just seemed like a lot of work for us to not even be here. Then it hit me that we don't have enough stuff to make it very much work at all. The tree and our stockings is all she wrote. It's worth the little bit of time we spent putting it together!
