Maggie's 9!

We had a great birthday weekend!

We decided that since we were going to get into Provo pretty late that we would meet who ever wanted to go at Los Hermanos restaurant for dinner. Mom, Dad, Mandi and her girls and Camille all met us there for some yummy food. All the waiters made it special for Maggie when they sang to her and gave her some ice cream. The night was topped off by a fun sleepover with at Grandma's with Sadie and Camille.

Saturday morning we had an appointment for the girls birthday pictures, but before that Grandma made Maggie's favorite breakfast for her. Delicious pancakes!
After pictures we ran some errands then spent some time at Mandi's watching her girls while she went to show a house. Maggie and Zoe love playing with Sadie and Kinley.

So our, almost, last stop on the birthday train was a trip to Pirate Island for games and dinner. Wyatt needed some extra energy so he took over Dad's monster drink to get him through the party.
Here she goes! Literally ripping into her gifts.
Mandi and the girls nailed it with a Liv doll cabin. She loves it!
I had been planning to get the girls a Lalaloopsy doll so when a commercial came on for them I asked Maggie if she would like one. Her response was less then overwhelming so I wasn't sure she was going to appreciate the fact that I had already gotten her one. Turns out she loves it! Yeah!!
Thanks for the book Lindy! She always need new reading material.
Wyatt is such a picky eater that we worry about him quite a bit. One of the only things he has shown interest in is pizza. He loved all the yumminess and of course all the lights and noise were right up his alley. Such a boy!!
Sadie and Kinley enjoying their dinner choice. Kinley kept stealing french fries from Sadie so she had to keep moving her food away. Funny girls!!
The always entertaining...and very goofy, Mandi nibbling on her calzone.
Maggie dove into her pizza while Zoe shows Landon her fancy nails.
Grandpa, Grandma, Starr and Camille enjoying the fun.
Glenn, Lindy, Ava and Cooper are all happy party guests.
ALL the kids hoovered around the balloon pirate waiting their turn to get a fun animal.
Zoe was a big help to Grandma while she made the cake. She's an awesome supervisor and only had to taste test the icing a few times.
Grandma knocked it out of the park again with this awesome pirate cake!
Maggie,
You are such an amazing young lady! You have such spunk and attitude, but you also have so much love for your family and friends. You love school, your teacher and learning about EVERYTHING! I have really enjoyed being your Activity Days leader and watching you learn about what it means to be a kind and compassionate woman. Your goal lately has been to speak more kindly to Zoe. You have to be reminded once in a while, but you are understanding that if you treat her kindly you have so much more fun with each other. She love you so much and wants to be like you. Wyatt absolutely adores you and lights up when you walk in the room. You have such a big responsibility being a big sister and you are doing a great job!
I am so very blessed and eternally grateful that our Heavenly Father sent you to our family. I love you so much and enjoy being your Mom!
